At Team Wedding Marketing, we know weddings from the inside out. As former wedding professionals ourselves—Marc as the owner of a successful DJ service, and Renee as a wedding planner, florist, and decorator—we didn’t just work in the industry, we lived it.
The next stop on our career path took us into wedding expos, and we produced hundreds of them. We quickly realized that we were really marketers, as we had to motivate both wedding pros and engaged couples to invest their time and money to attend our events. We met at an industry conference and quickly realized the power of combining our expertise. Together, we grew our individual brands by leveraging the knowledge and insights we gained from one another.
As marketing transitioned from traditional advertising to digital, we evolved with it, sharpening our skills along the way. We’ve always stayed ahead of the curve, ensuring that wedding businesses survive and thrive. Our experience isn’t just about running shows—it’s about understanding wedding professionals like you.

Renee Roberts began her career in the wedding industry as the owner of a floral, décor, planning, and tuxedo rental company that grew from a home-based business to a large retail storefront. She went on to produce the largest and longest-running wedding expos in Central Pennsylvania. After transitioning her shows to new owners, Renee co-founded Team Wedding Marketing to leverage her marketing skills to serve venues and other wedding professionals.
Marc McIntosh has worked his entire career in the wedding industry, first as the owner of a wedding-focused DJ service and then as the producer of the largest wedding expos in the Mid-Atlantic region. After transitioning his shows to new owners, he teamed up with Renee to form Team Wedding Marketing. Marc is also a nationally recognized speaker, writer, and marketing expert, he has shared his knowledge with wedding professionals worldwide.
